Speed hardness tester for testing scale on the Rockwell, PRS

ATI (Italy)

Description

The PRS high-speed hardness tester is designed for testing on the Rockwell, SuperRockwell and Brinell scales. This next-generation industrial instrument is built for rapid and precise hardness measurement directly in production environments.

The system provides a fully automatic measurement cycle including sample clamping, load application, measurement calculation, and return of the measuring head to its initial position. With a pneumatic sample holder and a highly stable measuring module, the tester can perform up to 1,500 measurements per hour with instant digital result output.

The intelligent control system allows scale conversion, sorting of results by hardness value, and automatic statistical recording.

One of the main advantages is the ability to integrate the PRS series hardness tester into a production line, making it an ideal solution for automated quality control processes.
