Universal testing machine, AGS-X

Shimadzu (Japan)

Description

Shimadzu AUTOGRAPH AGS-X universal testing machines are an electromechanical series for laboratory tensile, compression and bending tests. They are used to determine strength and deformation properties of polymers, metals, composites and industrial materials.

The AGS-X family includes tabletop and floor-standing versions with maximum capacities from 10 to 300 kN. Features include precision crosshead control, overload protection and automated test data acquisition. TRAPEZIUM X software can be used for test control and analysis.

Features

  • Tensile, compression and bending tests with suitable fixtures.
  • Tabletop models rated at 10, 20 and 50 kN and floor-standing models at 100 and 300 kN.
  • High-precision and standard-precision force measurement options, depending on configuration.
  • Safety and overload protection features.
  • PC-based test control and result analysis.
