Description
The Shimadzu AP W series analytical balances are high-precision laboratory balances featuring the UniBloc single-block weighing cell. They are designed for weighing reagents, samples, and small quantities of materials in research, pharmaceutical, chemical, and quality control laboratories. The series includes models with capacities from 120 to 320 g and readability of 0.01 or 0.1 mg, including the dual-range AP225WD and AP125WD versions.
The AP W balances feature built-in calibration weights and the Clock-CAL scheduled automatic calibration function. Models with 0.01 mg readability include an internal windbreak plate to reduce airflow effects; the plate is optional for models with 0.1 mg readability. An optional STABLO-AP ionizer can be used to reduce electrostatic interference.
