Universal hardness tester for indentation testing, INTEGRAL UNIVERSAL

Easydur (Italy)

Description

Integral Universal is a versatile hardness tester developed by EASYDUR, combining conceptual simplicity with high functionality. It is ideal for situations where a single instrument is required to perform multiple hardness tests without changing additional devices, lenses, or penetrators.

Produced in two versions: one with loads from 1 to 250 kg, and another, more powerful model capable of testing with loads from 10 to 3000 kg.

Designed to perform a wide range of hardness tests according to EN-ISO, ASTM, and DIN standards on metals, alloys, synthetic materials, ceramics, abrasive stones, plastics, rubbers, inert materials, and more. Optional additional loads can be connected for specialized tests.

The instrument complies with the following standards: Brinell EN-ISO 6506 / ASTM E10, Vickers EN-ISO 6507 / ASTM E384, Rockwell EN-ISO 6508, Plastics DIN 53456, and Knoop. It can also perform metallographic analysis of metallic structures and determine surface hardening depth.

Suitable for use in quality-control laboratories, industrial environments for quick testing and batch selection, as well as in research centers, technical schools, and universities.
