Description
This new hardness tester for Rockwell and Brinell methods is specially designed for automatic cycle testing. Its structure allows direct integration with a pendulum-type loading and unloading robot (such as automatic electric cars).
The tester performs hardness measurements by interfacing with the electric vehicle via barcode communication using the OPC-UA protocol, enabling full integration with automatic control lines for 100% product inspection in compliance with Industria 4.0 standards.
Movements along the X, Y, and Z axes are precisely controlled, and dedicated software allows measurements at any point on the part, providing exceptional flexibility of application.
The unit is equipped with two measuring heads for Rockwell C and B scales without the need to change the indenter — an ideal solution for automated systems where manual intervention is not possible. The “good / not good” results are automatically transmitted to the electric car for component sorting.
