Description
IRHD Hardness Tester is a high-precision instrument for measuring the hardness of rubber, plastic, and elastomeric materials according to the IRHD method. The measurement cycle and indenter contact with the sample are controlled by software through closed-loop strain gauges (ATI patent), completely eliminating manual errors and external vibration effects.
The tester automatically detects contact, clamps the sample, and displays the result with maximum accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility. O-rings can be tested using dedicated holders for each size according to ASTM 1414, without the need for manual adjustments.
All data are stored on the computer and can be analyzed for statistical and production purposes.
