Description
MICRODAKO is a fully motorized hardness tester designed to measure the hardness of all types of plastics and rubber materials according to standard IRHD and Shore methods. The device features a multi-probe turret for quick scale selection. Automatic contact and measurement with the sample are possible from any starting distance, and automatic loading is managed with closed-loop control ensuring 0.05% accuracy. The operator’s only task is to place the sample on the tester’s working base.
Load forces are easily selected via PC and automatically applied using strain gauge sensors with electronic closed-loop control (ATI patent).
MICRODAKO includes a touchscreen PC interface and powerful software for complete instrument control — from test configuration to full statistical management. It can be equipped with a wide range of accessories according to customer requirements.
