Digital Portable Hardness Tester for Rockwell Methods, MKII

ATI (Italy)

Description

Digital portable hardness tester MKII is designed for Rockwell, Surface Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers methods in the laboratory or on-site with direct digital HR reading and conversion to other scales using the included tables.

Complies with ASTM E3246-21, ASTM E104, and ISO 50157 hardness standards.

Convenience and flexibility: compact and lightweight design, load forces applied via a dynamometric sensor allowing operation at any angle up to 360°, even inverted.

The device features an LCD control panel with a user-friendly interface, simple test setup, clear result display, real-time statistics and graphs, and large data storage capacity.

Applications: hardness testing in the laboratory or directly on-site on pipes, profiles, valves, as well as large and small parts from 0.06 mm thick. Low penetration ensures high accuracy on thin coatings such as chrome or very thin parts like razor blade profiles.

Suitable for testing all metals: chrome-plated and nitrided surfaces, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, and steels of varying hardness.
