Metaltest is a digital portable hardness tester for Rockwell, Surface Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers methods, designed for both laboratory and field testing.
Provides direct digital HR readings with the ability to convert results to other hardness scales using built-in tables. Complies with international standards ASTM E3246 – 21, DIN 50157, ASTM E140.
Design and functionality: a compact and lightweight instrument equipped with a dynamometric load cell for high accuracy, even when testing in any position. Suitable for laboratory use or directly on-site for testing pipes, profiles, valves, steel, aluminum, or bronze parts.
Interface and control: features an LCD display with an intuitive menu, statistics, graphical visualization, and data storage. RS232 → USB output is provided for PC connection and data transfer.
Metaltest ensures high measurement accuracy (>0.1%) and ease of operation, even in hard-to-reach areas.
