Description
Thermomechanical Analyzers
The TMA-60 / TMA-60H series analyzers are designed to study a wide range of materials while evaluating their mechanical properties. The devices operate in standard measurement modes — tension, expansion, and penetration. The TMA-60 model uses the linear expansion measurement method (with one sensor), while the TMA-60H model applies the differential measurement method (with two sensors).
Features:
- High analysis accuracy due to a high-precision digital displacement sensor with an extended dynamic range. The measurement range of ±5 mm (twice that of the previous model) ensures precise determination of both small and large sample deformations.
- A flexible testing program allows films, fibers, and other materials to be analyzed under static and dynamic loads at a constant elongation rate or in cyclic mode.
- The bayonet connection of the sample holder and the built-in temperature sensor provide easy operation, quick switching between measurement modes (tension, expansion, penetration), and simplified maintenance.
- The built-in safety mechanism prevents sample adhesion to the sensor. If the displacement exceeds the allowable range — for example, due to sample melting — the measurement automatically stops and the load is released.
- Automatic sample length detection via a digital displacement sensor ensures higher accuracy compared to other methods.
- Equipped with a cooling fan that automatically cools the furnace after measurements are completed.
